The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the event date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services without refund of the booking amount.
In the event of cancellation by the client, the advance/retainer amount is non-refundable and will be forfeited to cover booking and preparation costs.
Date changes will be accommodated subject to availability. If the photographer is unavailable on the new date, the request will be treated as a cancellation and standard cancellation terms will apply.
The package includes coverage for up to 4 hours per booked service. Any additional hours will be charged separately based on the applicable hourly rate.
The photographer reserves the right to leave the event immediately if subjected to unsafe conditions, abuse, or harassment. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
Clients and guests are expected to cooperate during the shoot to ensure timely and quality coverage. Delays caused by the client may affect deliverables.
