Every customer must upload valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar / Driver’s License / Passport) and address proof before placing a rental request. This ensures authenticity and a secure rental process.
All uploaded documents are manually reviewed by our verification team. Approval is typically completed within 1–2 hours during business hours, depending on submission accuracy.
Once your documents are verified, your account will be marked as Approved, and you’ll receive a confirmation email. Only approved users can access checkout and complete rental bookings.
In some cases, additional verification (such as a quick phone call or video confirmation) may be required for high-value rentals or first-time customers. This is done to maintain safety and trust within our rental community.
If the uploaded documents are unclear, invalid, or mismatched, your registration will be put on hold. You’ll be notified via email or WhatsApp to re-upload correct documents for re-approval.
