All equipment is carefully inspected, cleaned, and tested before every rental. Customers are advised to check the condition upon delivery and immediately report any visible damage or missing accessories.

Once the equipment is delivered, the customer assumes full responsibility for its care and safety until pickup or return. Any physical damage, water exposure, or technical fault caused during the rental period will be chargeable.

All cameras, lenses, and lighting gear are delivered with standard accessories such as batteries, chargers, memory cards, and bags. Missing accessories at return will incur replacement charges based on current market value.

If the equipment is returned damaged or non-functional, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit. For major damage or loss, the renter must cover the full replacement value as assessed by Shutterent.

After pickup, every item undergoes a detailed inspection and functionality test by our team. Refunds or deposits are released only after successful verification that the product and all accessories are returned in good condition.
